I love this gym. I go to the Madison Park facility. There’s one at Interbay, too. It’s very clean, the equipment is the latest (each treadmill, EFX, etc., has it’s own television), and the staff is helpful. And the best part is MOST OF THE CLASSES ARE FREE. There’s a free one-week pass on the web site: www.denalifitness.com.
