Activities and Calories Expended
I’ve found various charts that show how many calories you expend during various activities. The following list is interesting because it looks at how many calories a person of a specific weight (range) uses. The list specifies two ranges: 140-150 lbs and 170-180 lbs.  You can calculate for other rates by taking the number of calories from the 170-180 lb column and multiplying it by your weight and then dividing that number by 175.
